20,000-seater IAAF-certified stadium for athletics and track and field events.
Aquatic Center
2,000-seater FINA -certified arena that includes an Olympic size competition pool, diving pool, and warm-up pool.
Government Office Building
2 buildings with a total floor area of 24,000 square meters that will house a satellite office for the Office of the President of the Philippines, agencies involved in disaster and risk management, and other offices that will make up the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) of government.

As part of this plan, Shin Clark Power Corporation will soon conduct a Competitive Selection Process (CSP) for its power supply requirements.
